Paritum Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Paritum — the service at paritum.dev operated by [FILL IN — Corporate Entity, Inc.]. They apply whether you’re using the free Revenue Leak Detector or any paid module (Dunning, Trial Optimizer, Cancel Flows).
By connecting your Stripe account to Paritum, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t connect Stripe.
Who can use Paritum
You must have a Stripe account you’re authorized to connect. You must be at least 18 years old. Paritum is for businesses using Stripe as their primary subscription billing processor; it is not a consumer product.
Your Stripe account
Paritum connects to Stripe via OAuth. The free Leak Detector requests read-only scope. When you upgrade to a paid module that needs write access (currently Cancel Flows), Paritum initiates a separate OAuth flow and names the additional scopes in that consent screen.
You can revoke Paritum’s Stripe access at any time from your Stripe dashboard under Connected apps. Revoking read scope stops event ingestion immediately; revoking write scope (if previously granted) disables any module that depends on it.
Paid modules and billing
Paritum bills month-to-month per module at the prices shown on the pricing page. Billing is handled via Stripe. You authorize Paritum to charge the payment method you provide, on the monthly anniversary of your subscription, until you cancel.
Paid modules enable features beyond the free Leak Detector. The free Leak Detector remains free — downgrading a paid module does not remove your free-tier access.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid module at any time from your Paritum account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; the module stays active until then.
Paritum does not issue prorated refunds for partial months. [FILL IN — exceptions, e.g. refund window for annual plans when launched].
Sending email on your behalf
Paid modules that send email (Dunning, Trial Optimizer, Cancel Flows) require you to verify a subdomain you control via DNS. Emails send from your verified domain, not from Paritum. You own the deliverability reputation of your subdomain; Paritum never mixes your sending reputation with another customer’s.
Your data
See our Privacy Policy for what Paritum stores, how long it’s retained, and the subprocessors that handle it. Your Stripe data remains yours; Paritum processes it on your behalf to run the modules you’ve enabled.
What Paritum is not
Paritum does not calculate MRR, reconcile annual-plan smoothing, or compute derived billing metrics — every dashboard number is a count of a specific Stripe webhook event. Paritum does not send marketing broadcasts, newsletters, or drip campaigns. Paritum does not provide customer-success analytics, NPS, or lifecycle-stage scoring.
Availability
Paritum targets high availability but does not guarantee uptime in these Terms. [FILL IN — SLA terms once a status page and measured uptime history exist; per brand-voice §3.7, an uptime claim requires an uptime history to back it.]
Warranties and liability
[FILL IN — standard SaaS warranty disclaimer and limitation-of-liability cap, reviewed by counsel. Must call out in plain English that Paritum processes Stripe webhooks on your behalf and is not responsible for Stripe’s own processing errors.]
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to the address on file and via an in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law and disputes
[FILL IN — governing jurisdiction, venue, and dispute resolution clauses, per counsel.]
